My New Year's writing goals

 

I love setting goals! If you missed my previous post about setting goals for writers, check it out here.

My writing goals this year are as follows:

1. Query the heck out of my manuscript

2. Write all sorts of fun blog posts

3. Finish getting my WIP ready to query: Can I do it? Yes. It's already pretty far along, it just needs a lot more love. 

4. Write in my journal: For a writer, I'm horrible at writing in my journal. Please send advice!!!!

Obviously I'd like to get an agent this year and sign with a publisher, but those kinds of goals aren't in my control. I'm going to keep going and keep learning and chasing my dream as best I can.
